This home is conceived as a warm contemporary retreat, anchored by a restrained palette of soft neutrals and tactile timber. The material story is intentionally quiet but layered, pairing stone-like surfaces with wood grains to introduce depth and a sense of calm continuity across the living, dining, and kitchen zones. Clean lines and disciplined detailing keep the space visually lightweight, while curated forms, such as the sculptural dining pendant and fluted table base, add refinement without overwhelming the interior.

Functionality is resolved through bespoke, full-height carpentry that consolidates storage and conceals day to day essentials, maintaining a clutter-free backdrop. Lighting is treated as an architectural element, with concealed cove and feature illumination used to soften edges, enrich textures, and support a relaxed evening ambience. In the bathrooms, the language stays consistent through a floating timber vanity, mirrored storage, and understated black framing, elevated by warm backlighting to create a hotel-like, polished experience.
